FOOLISH ATOMS

I've made a huge mistake.

Foolish Atoms is music made mostly at night with guitars, percussion, voice, Wurlitzer Funmaster, world map on the wall, periodic guilt, delusions of grandeur, metabolic howitzers, traffic and trains buried in the mix, electrical sharp shine, the entire oil of an eye, peculiar accumulations, smoke, huge 70s headphones, shock tactics, Newland panoramics, bass amp, red-brick tundra, a blister for a christ and a hand to hold your nose.

MATTHEW HEDLEY STOPPARD

I've made a huge mistake.

Matthew Hedley Stoppard is a wanted man. When he's not writing poetry, he is a raider of piggybanks, a refuser of piggybacks and a defiler of council property. Until he is brought to justice, his work can be found in anthologies and magazines and he is a regular on the West Yorkshire performance circuit.

myonemanband

I've made a huge mistake.

Phill Wilson, aka myonemanband, creates sounds in real-time from many instruments, often using a mixture of organic sound sets such as classical guitar, marimba, dulcimer, kalimba, accordion and drums with synthetic textures electronic percussion, beeps, bleeps and hiss. He makes music to please an urge that exists within him to see what is possible to accomplish on his own with no pre-recording or backing tracks, developing a unique style through the live-looping process. In his own words: "I make music to take my own small space within the context of the many great artists who are also working in the field. As such, I am on a journey that does not expect reward financially or through the more conventional measures of success, but rather I hope to find value in my work through the people who I meet through its undertaking and the ideas and thoughts that they bring into my life."

As well as the debut album above, the debut live album by myonemanband is available through our shop. Click here.
